Precious Time

The air kissed her cheek that one mild afternoon. She clasped the sleeves of her dad who was standing beside her. She smiled, and he returned it.
The massive portal was opened in front of them, and she braced herself for what was to come. This has been the day that she was waiting for.
With her dad on her side, they slowly walked towards tha altar. Her white veil like an endless whisper of clouds around her. Her immaculate white dress was draped with little diamonds.
She looked straight into his eyes, her groom and her one and only lover. He was smiling at her and it feels like heaven already.
As she slowly walked she staggered for a moment and instantly she was reminded of her sickness.
She has been so lucky to have survived this far and she was grateful of this little time she has been given.
Her angel was cradled by her mom and she was glad her daughter was alive.
As they reached the altar she felt the peace in her heart. Her hand was passed from her dad to him and he smiled again , his hand was warm.
They faced the altar and they exchanged their vows. Inwardly she asked for his forgiveness for she cannot be true to her vow. She cannot be forever by his side to love and to cherish.
She closed her eyes and tried to will her tears to banish. She opened her eyes and forced a smile.
As he pulled away her veil she glimpsed the promise of forever in his eyes. He lowered his face and her lips met his. They were soft and warm and sweet. She would miss this feeling of safety in his arms. Love was flowing in her very veins, in his every pores.
The ceremony was finished and everybody was congratulating them. Her angel was left on the left side of the church on her crib.
They all went out for the reception and she was the picture of happiness.
She suddenly missed her daughter so she excused herself and climed the stairs towards the entrance of the white church. She saw her baby trying to get out of her crib and she feared for her life for the wall gave up and her daughter would fall. It was a high crib and her angel would surely fall hard on the floor.
She ran, dropping the boquet of white roses on the floor. She ran to her and she got her in time before she fell.
She cradled her close. She placed a kiss on her crown and she was rewarded by her embrace. She closed her eyes and smiled.

He was talking to some old friend when the doctor of his lovely wife approached to give them the good news that their angel was negative from the mom's desease.
He looked for her, surprised to see her gone. He asked his mother in law who was idly chatting with her friends and she said she hadn't seen her as well.
He excused himself and he walked around, his eyes searching for her lovely form, her raven black hair and the white veil that hung in her hair. He was rewarded none.
He felt something really bad. He glanced at the church and saw drops of white flowers on the stairs so he walked towards it and opened the massive portal. He saw more white roses on the floor and the bouquet in the middle of the carpeted floor.
He saw their angel happily crawling on the floor, his lovely wife sprawled by her side, her eyes closed. He cannot believe what he was seeing, he cannot move. When realization hit him, he walked slowly at 1st then faster as he reached her. He cradled her close and checked for signs.
She was smiling contentedly. Her face was clear of any worries. She was at peace. He gathered her close and said the only thing he wanted to say. In simple words, crystal clear phrases, "I love you my darling bride, and forever my heart will be yours, until we see each other again."
He planted a kiss on her crown and cradled her close to his heart. She will forever remain in his heart. And he will patiently wait until the day he can see her face again, her smile and her lovely black hair spread around her. And from that day on, they will be together forever.

A tribute to a Japanese Drama "Precious Time" It was a story of a woman who survived the trials she has been given because of her desease. She was in high school when she discovered that she was HIV positive and her condition will eventually become AIDS.She met a Japanese Superstar who was also a rising star in USA. They fell in love and together they proved that they can defy time, even if for a while. They had a daughter and luckily she is HIV negative. I was simply touched by that story simply because they reminded me once again thatthe beauty of life is not measure by how long you lived it but how much happy we have been and how much happy we made the people we love were.

~HeLeNa~

The silver moon hung low in the sky, it's light illuminating thy land, eradicating shadows and darkness. It was a full moon.

She walked along the illuminated path. Her pale skin glowing like pure alabaster silk. Her hair as dark as the night falling down her slender back, wild curls flowing. Her hips swaying gently as she walked languidly.

She stared to the pale moon hanging on the sky and inwardly smiled, thinking it was always a good thing to have it gleaming in the sky.

A nymph and a temptress of the night. A sin to fight for.

She lifted her small hands and cradled the precious pendant she wore between the valley of her breasts above the neckline of her white gown. She stared at it lovingly, thought of how it came to her possession, its significance, and the person who gifted it to her.

Tears welled in her eyes as the memory flashed in her minds eye. The jewel is priceless, its value immeasurable. She ran her delicate pale fingers along the intricate pattern of the pendant.

She caressed it slowly, each stroke reminded her of some bits of her life, each touch revived memories she held dear.
He who was caressing her cheek, his hands were warm and heaven to her skin. How she closed her eyes as his palm firmed on one pale cheek.

He who was the other half of her soul. He who was dear to her heart. He who was her salvation. The stroke of his fingertips on the outline of her lips. The way her soft curves perfectly fit to his hard planes.
The lingering sensation of his kisses. The gentle tug of his fingers on the locks bobbing at her ear.The way his lips curved when he find something amusing. When he smiles so warmly and his eyes flashed to appreciate her beauty whenever she came near.

His eyes would always flash with different emotions. When she would see him again she doesn't know...
She would always be here waiting, here in the fortress, where she and he would always meet from now to eternity, souls as one bound by a link as old as time.

She walked along the wide corridors of the fortress bathed by the moonlight. As she crossed the front portico to the other side of the corridor she paused and slowly, slowly, walked. She passed along a massive post and suddenly lost in the shadows as the moon shyly hid from the clouds.

When the moon shone up again, a shadow crossed the massive post to where the enchantress have been.
She has a long, thinning, white hair, but with clear sharp gaze. She walked slowly not by choice but because of her age.She has an alabaster silk complexion, though mellowed by age she is still stunning as she might have been some time ago.Her eyes are bright with dried tears staining her cheek.

Permanent lines creased her face, yet failed to hide the beauty of her face.

And as she walked, a ray of light caught the intricate pattern of an ornamental jewelry.
This woman wore a pendant cradled between the valley of her breast...above the scooped neckline of her white gown...waiting...

twilight

The darkness of the night sinked in and it's shadow kissed the sun away.
In the middle of it all lay a wandering soul, searching for that unameable dream.

Countless nights has exhausted it's warmth since the most precious dreams of all pushed it's way towards recognition.
Vague but clear. It ached to be quenched, to be nurtured and accepted.
But then I saw you, all but a dream.
Real you are to me.
Close you are to my realm.
Your heat sourrounding me, I should feel trapped but i felt I was welcomed home.
You were always there, eyes intent, your eyes on me, your smile was heaven.
A vague sense of familiarity fussed with alarming sense of uncertainty.
You saved me from my countless demons.
You kissed me, and kissed my fears away.
You kissed by furrowed brows when I'm uncertain.
Indeed I wish, you are mine and not owned by the curtain of dreams.

And then the sun showed up, a promised of a new day.
I felt my heart slowly melt.
I tried to close my eyes as you part your lips from mine.
All that to still you from my mind.
But you were slowly fading away, beckoning me back... again... in here... next time.
Alll but was a dream so good so real.
It quenched my soul, melted my heart of steel.
